Request presentation even if the window has no draw commands.

Parameters

window

Window whose rendered composition has changed.

The next presentation clears the window and draws its collected renderables. GraphicsBatchProcessor records retained visible geometry for this window even when buffer processing is paused. An empty draw list requests a clear-only frame. Ordinary processing inactivity does not request a refresh.
