Serializable wiring strategies.

Written as the underlying integer, so new enumerators are only ever appended. Key, Mouse, Network, WindowEvent, Factory and Bind describe a wiring whose source is live (a window, a network source, a callable) and is not encoded; the record keeps what is plain data. Unsupported marks a wiring the encoder could not describe.
