Initializes the default engine with specified stream and graphics info.

Parameters
stream_infoConfiguration for sample rate, buffer size, and channels
graphics_infoConfiguration for graphics/windowing backend
input_configConfiguration for input handling
network_configConfiguration for network subsystem

Convenience wrapper for Engine::Init() on the default engine.
