◆ create_surface()

MAYAFLUX_API Surface MayaFlux::Portal::Forma::create_surface ( SurfaceConfig  config)

Construct a Surface from a SurfaceConfig.

When config.layer/config.ctx are unset, builds a fresh Layer and a Context wired to config.window using the EventManager stored by Portal::Forma::initialize, from config.name. Set config.layer/ config.ctx yourself for the power-tinkerer case (custom Context subclass, shared Layer across multiple Contexts, etc.) - config.name is ignored when both are already set.

Parameters
configWindow, name, optional pre-built Layer/Context, and close-handling behavior.
Precondition
Portal::Forma::initialize() must have been called.
Returns
A new Surface owning the window pointer plus the Layer and Context, built fresh or supplied.
