Mark the container as ready or not ready for processing.

Parameters

true to mark as ready, false otherwise

Implemented in MayaFlux::Kakshya::SoundStreamContainer, MayaFlux::Kakshya::VideoStreamContainer, and MayaFlux::Kakshya::WindowContainer.
