Template Parameters

Acc	Accumulator type.

init	Initial accumulator.
fn	Fold operation applied in element order.

Returns

Final accumulator.

Note

An index where at() returns disengaged is skipped entirely; fn is not invoked for it, not even with a default-constructed element.
