Load a supported Composite file into an owning container.

CSV and TSV are supported now. Without a supplied layout, fields remain UTF-8 text. This does not register the container as a signal.

Parameters

filepath	Source file path.
layout	Optional exact field layout for typed values.

Returns

Loaded container, or nullptr on failure.
